These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of coaching sessions, readings, group programs, digital content, and any other services or products offered by Twin Flames in Harmony (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Company”), owned and operated by Soraya Andalib. By purchasing, booking, or using any service on this website (the “Site”), you (“you,” “the Client”) agree to these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Twin Flames in Harmony provides coaching services, spiritual/intuitive readings, group sessions, and related digital content (“Services”). Specific details, pricing, and inclusions for each Service are described on the applicable sales page at the time of purchase.
2. Nature of Services — Important Disclaimer
Coaching and reading services offered by Twin Flames in Harmony are intended for personal growth, self-reflection, and educational purposes only. They are:
- Not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.
- Not a form of therapy, counseling, or licensed mental health treatment.
- Not guaranteed to produce any specific outcome, result, or prediction. Any forward-looking or intuitive guidance is offered as perspective, not fact or certainty.

By purchasing a Service, you acknowledge that you are seeking coaching/reading services voluntarily and that Soraya Andalib and Twin Flames in Harmony are not liable for decisions you make based on sessions.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
- Recurring payments: If you enroll in a subscription, membership, or multi-payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file automatically on the agreed schedule until the plan is paid in full or canceled per Section 4.
- We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time; changes will not affect Services already purchased.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to individual sessions, readings, group programs, packages, and digital content or recordings.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies for booked sessions (including required notice windows and no-show terms) are set out at the time of booking through our scheduling platform (Acuity) and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By booking a session, you agree to the cancellation and rescheduling terms presented at booking in addition to the no-refund policy above.
5. International Clients & Digital Content (including EU/UK)
If you are purchasing from outside the United States, including the EU or UK, the following applies in addition to Section 4 above:
- Clear pre-purchase information about the Service, total price, and any recurring charges is provided on the relevant sales page and at checkout.
- Certain products consist of digital content, digital services, online courses, and other immediately accessible offerings. By purchasing products of Twin Flames in Harmony, the customer expressly requests and consents to immediate access and immediate commencement of performance. The customer acknowledges that access to the purchased content and services begins immediately upon purchase and that, where permitted by applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once performance has commenced.
- Currency is billed in USD; any conversion fees are the responsibility of the client’s payment provider.
- Submitting a withdrawal request: If you believe your purchase does not fall under the immediate-performance waiver above, or you wish to formally exercise a statutory withdrawal right where applicable, you may submit a request using our website contact form, or by emailing soraya@twinflamesinharmony.com, including the following information: your first name, last name, order ID/invoice number, date of purchase, email address (the same one used at purchase), the product/service name, and a brief statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract for the applicable purchase. Submitting this information does not automatically entitle you to a refund or cancellation; each request is reviewed in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when booking.
- Attend sessions on time and in a suitable environment.
- Use any recordings, materials, or content provided solely for personal use — not for resale or redistribution.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Twin Flames in Harmony — including session materials, recordings, workbooks, and website content — is the intellectual property of Soraya Andalib / Twin Flames in Harmony and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. Confidentiality
We treat information shared during sessions as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent risk of harm to self or others).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twin Flames in Harmony and Soraya Andalib are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, our Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in question.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith direct communication. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or purchase of Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
