Twin Flames in Harmony (“we,” “us,” “our”), owned and operated by Soraya Andalib, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have regarding your data.
This policy applies to visitors and clients of our website, our coaching and reading services, and our related communications (email, SMS, social media, and community platforms).
1. Who We Are
Twin Flames in Harmony is operated by Soraya Andalib, based in Tennessee, USA. For purposes of data protection law, we are the “data controller” of the personal information described in this policy.

2. What Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number
- Payment information: billing details processed via our payment processor (we do not store full credit card numbers ourselves)
- Booking/session information: appointment details, session notes relevant to coaching/readings, responses to intake forms
- Communications: messages sent via email, SMS/text, phone calls, Instagram/Facebook Messenger, Discord, or other channels
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies collected automatically when you visit our website
- Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, email opens (via our marketing platforms)
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of data (such as health or financial account details) beyond what you voluntarily share with us in the course of coaching or readings.
3. How We Collect Information
- Directly from you: when you book a session, purchase a service, fill out a form, message us, or subscribe to our email/SMS list
- Automatically: through cookies and similar technologies when you browse our website
- From third-party platforms: booking, payment, and messaging tools we use in our business (listed in Section 5)
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and deliver coaching sessions, readings, and digital content
- Process payments and manage billing
- Schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments
- Communicate with you about your sessions, our programs, and (with your consent, where required) marketing content
- Improve our website, offers, and client experience
- Comply with legal and tax obligations
- Protect against fraud, abuse, or security issues
Legal basis (for clients in the EU/UK): We process your data based on: performance of a contract (delivering the service you purchased), your consent (for marketing communications), and our legitimate business interests (improving our services, security). You may withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following types of third-party platforms to run our business, which may process your data on our behalf:
- Lead access: We are sometimes given access to leads through GoHighLevel (GHL); this platform is owned and administered by a company that engages our services, not by Twin Flames in Harmony. We use the contact information provided this way solely to deliver the services requested. That company’s own privacy practices govern their broader collection and use of this data.
- Scheduling: Acuity Scheduling
- Payment processing: Stripe, PayPal
- Email marketing: Mailchimp
- Social media messaging: Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messenger, YouTube (comments/messages)
Clients may also contact us directly by phone call or text message to our business phone number; this is not run through a third-party marketing platform, and any information shared this way is handled the same as other personal data under this policy.
These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. Note that Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (YouTube) act as independent data controllers for messages sent through their platforms — their own privacy policies also apply to those conversations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Our website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function (such as those enabling secure checkout or basic navigation). We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies beyond these essentials, and no cookie consent banner is required at this time. If this changes in the future — for example, if we add analytics or marketing tracking tools — we will update this policy and implement a consent banner accordingly.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal/tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Session-related notes are retained only as long as reasonably needed to support your coaching relationship with us, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
8. Your Rights
If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data; to receive a copy of your data (portability); to object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact soraya@twinflamesinharmony.com.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
All users: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails/texts at any time using the link or instructions provided in each message, and you can request that we delete your information by emailing us directly.
We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. International Data Transfers
Because we are based in the United States and may use service providers located in different countries, your data may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence, including the U.S. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.
10. Services Involving Minors
While our services are primarily intended for adults, we may work with clients under the age of 18 in limited circumstances. In those cases, we require a signed parental or legal guardian consent form prior to providing any services, and the parent/guardian is treated as the responsible party for purposes of this Privacy Policy, including exercising data rights on the minor’s behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors outside of this consented process. If you are a parent or guardian and have questions about a minor’s data, or wish to review, correct, or delete it, contact us at soraya@twinflamesinharmony.com.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including relying on reputable third-party platforms with their own security standards. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
